• I've been looking at all sorts of interactive design and this one stood out for me this week.

What if the walls could talk or at least record what we say?

The designer of the product says on her website :

"What have the walls around us heard? What secrets, abrupt moments or unspoken ideas do they absorb? And what are they willing to tell us if only we pay attention? If Walls Could Talk captures some of the secrets, desires and normally unspoken opinions of various characters. By coming close to it with a wave of your hand or just the closeness of your presence, the wall will playback what it's heard."

Check this video to see how it works.

Be careful what you say now, you never know when the walls are listening or at least recording.

  • This video is a compilation of an alphabetical list of the most important architects with their best known building.
I guess this is where learning the history of Architecture comes in handy.

    Enjoy!
